Information we collect
We collect what you provide directly:
- AI Blueprint tool: company name, industry, company size, budget range, the business challenges you select, and any optional context you add (existing systems/tools, process volumes, current costs, constraints, and your 12-month goal).
- Account & login: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password itself).
- Paid orders: the same business-profile information above, plus your email for delivery and receipt, handled through our payment processor.
- Contact & advisory inquiries: your name, email, company (optional), and whatever you write in the message field.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (e.g. request timestamps) generated by our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To generate your AI Strategy Blueprint report, using the information above as input to an AI model.
- For paid reports, our advisory team reviews the AI-generated draft against your submitted profile before it's delivered.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To send you the report, order receipts, and — if you have an account — service-related email.
- To maintain and improve the tool and this site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train third-party advertising products.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to operate Blueprint, each acting on our behalf under their own data-processing terms:
- Anthropic (Claude API) — processes your business profile to draft the AI Blueprint report.
- Supabase — hosts our database (accounts, orders, submissions).
- Stripe — processes payment for paid reports; we never see or store your full card number.
- Resend — delivers transactional email (your report, receipts, account email).
- Vercel — hosts this site and its backend functions.
We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
Paid report delivery
Data retention
We keep account, order, and submission records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, respond to support requests, and meet reasonable business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@eworkconnections.org; we'll confirm once it's done, subject to records we're required to keep (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).
Security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not plain text. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored with our providers' standard security controls. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your information.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. We rely on our hosting provider's standard server logs and a login session cookie for signed-in accounts.
Children's privacy
Blueprint is a business tool intended for business owners, operators, and professionals. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be reflected here.
