What Blueprint is
Blueprint is an AI-assisted business assessment tool. The free tier generates an instant, AI-drafted report from the information you provide, with no human review. Our paid tiers (Deep-Dive Blueprint, AI Strategy Sprint) go through an additional step: our advisory team reviews and, where needed, refines the AI-generated draft before it's delivered, and adds a short written assessment.
Blueprint's output — free or paid — is business guidance based on the information you provide. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or compliance advice, and you're responsible for evaluating and validating any recommendation before acting on it, especially anything touching regulated activity (e.g. HIPAA, employment law, financial services rules).
Accounts
You need an account to generate reports beyond the limited free trial. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or disable accounts used to abuse the service (e.g. circumventing usage limits, harassment, or unlawful use).
Paid orders, payment & delivery
- Paid tiers are billed at the price shown at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your full card number.
- For paid orders, we generate an AI draft and then route it through internal review before delivery — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.
- You'll receive your finished report by email within 48 hours of payment confirmation. If we expect to run past that window on a given order, we'll email you a status update rather than leave you waiting.
- If you haven't received your report and haven't heard from us past that window, email info@eworkconnections.org and we'll look into it right away.
Refunds
If your order hasn't yet been reviewed and delivered, contact us and we'll cancel it and refund your payment in full. Once a report has been delivered, if something in it is clearly wrong or doesn't match what you submitted, tell us and we'll make it right — either a correction or a refund, at our discretion.
Ownership
Once delivered, the report we prepare for you is yours to use for your own business purposes. We retain ownership of Blueprint itself — the tool, our methodology, templates, and underlying software — and nothing here grants you rights to those beyond using the tool as intended.
Acceptable use
Don't use Blueprint to submit information you don't have the right to share, to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our prompts/methodology at scale, or to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Blueprint is provided "as is." We work to make every report accurate and useful — including human review on paid tiers — but we don't guarantee any specific business outcome, cost savings, or result from acting on a report's recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eWorkConnections LLC's total liability for any claim relating to Blueprint is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
