Terms of Use

Last updated: July 8, 2026 · eWorkConnections LLC, Lake County, Illinois, USA

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and its tools (the "Service"), operated by eWorkConnections LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service — AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, reports, recommendations, estimates, and other outputs ("Outputs"). Outputs are generated automatically, may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and are provided for general informational purposes only. Cost figures, savings estimates, scores, and timelines are estimates, not verified facts. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any Output before acting on it.

3. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, procurement, or other professional advice, and no Output creates a professional-client or fiduciary relationship. Consult qualified professionals before making business, legal, or financial decisions. References to laws or regulations (including AI-related employment laws) are informational summaries, not legal guidance.

4. Free Trial and Paid Services

We may offer free usage allowances, trial periods, or promotional access, which we may modify, limit, or withdraw at any time. Paid deliverables and engagements are governed by the description at the point of purchase and any separate written agreement. Fees are stated in USD. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of applicable law; (b) submit content you lack the right to share; (c) attempt to probe, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent usage limits or access controls; (d) use Outputs to develop competing automated services; (e) submit malicious code or prompts intended to manipulate the underlying AI systems.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of information you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited license to process Inputs to operate the Service, generate your Outputs, respond to you, and improve the Service. Do not submit sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, government IDs, payment card numbers) — the Service does not require it and it should not be entered.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and methodology, is owned by the Company. Subject to these Terms, you may use Outputs generated for you for your internal business purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI model providers, hosting, and payment processors). We are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Payments are processed by third parties; we do not store your payment card details.

12. Changes; Termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time by posting an updated version; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

13. Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
